    One of the scourges of the Bulgarian judicial canon - how to liquidate your company, might have found a solution. A new proposal, entered by the Ministry of Justice, proposes a fast-track procedure for voluntary closure of companies. It requires the company to have been inactive for a year, to not have any outstanding debts to the State, and several other requirements. In those cases the owner should just file for liquidation and it should take no more than a few months, compared to 1-5 years now.

    I will not be a PM again, Borissov claims

    Speaking in Burgas, the leader of GERB said he's not planning to return as a prime minister during the rotation with WCC-DB. The rotation should happen in March, and Borissov said GERB's prime minister nominee will be Mariya Gabriel. There "might be" some changes in ministerial positions, he also noted.
