"Three Seas" is a political forum that originated in 2015, bringing together 12 member states of the European Union, including Bulgaria.

Inna Dimitrova - Project Manager and Nikolay Kachamakov - Technical Director share insights into the challenges of organizing it in an exceptionally short timeframe in the year following the COVID-19 pandemic.

"The Three Seas flooded us during the pandemic," recounts Inna. "When we had lost 60% of the people working for us. The video with Inna and Nikolay delves into how a historical space like the National Palace of Culture adapts to the needs of a contemporary political forum during a pandemic, how to strike a balance between in-person presence and virtual participation and reveals the secret of leadership when time constraints are pressing.
