BSP leader stresses conditions for coalition

Interim BSP leader Atanas Zafirov noted that center-right parties in Parliament are eager to lead but should first present their vision for governance.

Any coalition involving BSP, he emphasized, should recognize their program, focused on anti-corruption, social initiatives, nuclear energy at Belene, peace, and sovereignty. Zafirov indicated that all key decisions on BSP's role will follow a collective process involving party bodies and coalition partners.

He avoided direct commentary on calls for excluding sanctioned figures like Delyan Peevski but expressed optimism for a stable governance arrangement.

Mr. Bricolage location sells

Real Estate Fund Bulgaria has initiated the sale of its property housing Mr. Bricolage on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., with the current tenant, Doverie Brico, agreeing to purchase it.

The deal, announced on October 11 for 18 million euro, involves a 10% down payment, with the sale expected to close by November 2025, allowing the fund to continue earning rental income in the interim. According to Todor Breshkov, a member of the fund's board, the sale aligns with the fund's planned 2029 exit strategy.

Doverie Brico stated that the acquisition will be financed through a mix of equity and loans, and the location's high value was validated by competing offers.
