European Court will not fine Bulgaria over air pollution
The European Court will probably prohibit the European Commission from fining Bulgaria for its dirty air. This becomes clear from an opinion published on Friday by the Advocate General - the court's legal consultant, whose opinions are almost always followed through.
According to the attorney general, the European Commission "has not sufficiently substantiated the claim that Bulgaria's plans for air quality do not contain the information required under the Directive on the quality of atmospheric air".On May 31, the European Commission filed a lawsuit before the Court of Justice of the EU against Bulgaria for failure to comply with the Court's 2017 ruling, which found that it did not comply with European standards for ambient air quality, thus endangering its citizens' health.

Ozone.bg expands
While waiting for the upcoming shopping spree before the Christmas holidays, the e-retailer Ozone.bg also has a full cart itself. Over the past year, the company has acquired several businesses - the photo shop Photo Pavillion, the bookstore BG Uchebnik, the publishing house Artline and the rights to Terry Pratchett's books, which were previously owned by the publishing house Vuzev.
Along with the purchases, Ozone.bg has also moved to a new office in MegaPark. It is also opening a new warehouse in Elin Pelin, twice as big as the one built in 2020 at the same location.
