From today, restaurants are allowed to operate at 50% capacity up to 11 PM, and cultural events are also allowed - festivals, cinemas, theaters, and concerts can operate at 30% capacity. Pupils will also return to school but on rotation, starting with those in 1st to 4th grade, 7th, 8th, and 10th. Large stores and malls will be allowed to re-open on Friday, along with casinos and gambling halls.

Revenues from overnight stays fell 42% in February - down to 35.2 million levs, compared to the same period in 2020. Revenues from nights spent in hotels by locals are down 13.6% whereas those by foreigners decreased by 69.5%. In February, the number of functioning hotels was down 11.1% compared to the same month of the previous year.
