Under the honorary aegis of Tomislav Donchev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria
In the partnership with the: State e-Government Agency, National Association of the Municipalities in Republic of Bulgaria, Sofia Municipality and Network of Associations of Local Authorities in South-East Europe (NALAS)
Digitalization of the administrative process is unavoidable. This calls speed-up development of the e-Government process and it should meet the challenges connected with this major change. At the end of the last year, while the Ministerial e-Government meeting in Tallinn, was concluded that next 5 years the EU countries should implement major steps for the impact of principles included in the European e-Government Action Plan (2016 -2020) and in the European Interoperability Framework.
The interoperability, removal of the hard copies of the administrative documents, reduction of the administrative complexity of office change data and digitization of the administrative resources and data, those are only part of the questions, which the 19th conference on e-government will focus on.
The targeted audience of the event is as follows: ministers, deputy ministers, chief secretaries and IT directors of state agencies, district governors, mayors and deputy mayors, IT specialists of the Bulgarian administrations and representatives of leading worldwide and Bulgarian companies in the filed of ICT sector.
