Nina Stoyanova

Deputy Governor, Banking Department and Fiscal Services Department

Nina Stoyanova is Deputy Governor in charge of the Banking Department and the Fiscal Services Department and member of the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank elected by the 43rdNational Assembly on 29 July 2015 for a six-year term of office.

Peter Andronov

Chairman of the Country Team of KBC Group for Bulgaria, Country Manager of KBC Group for Bulgaria, Chairman of the Management Board of CIBANK and UBB, CEO of CIBANK and UBB

Peter Andronov was appointed Executive Director of CIBANK in July 2007. In March 2008 hе became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and since March 2011 he has been Country Manager of KBC Group for Bulgaria. Аfter the acquisition of UBB by the Belgian bancassurance group KBC Group, Peter Andronov was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of UBB.
Since 2008 he has also been a member of the Management Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria and its representative in the Banking Supervision Committee at the European Banking Federation. Since May 2015 he has been apponted Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria (ABB).
Before his appointment in CIBANK, Mr. Andronov held a number of positions in the private banking sector and in the Bulgarian National Bank. From 2002 until May 2007 he  headed  the Banking Supervision Department at the BNB. From 2003 until May 2007 he was a member of the Management Board of the Reserve Guarantee Fund. Mr. Andronov is also a member of the BNB’s Investment Committee.
 During the period 2005 – 2007 he was an observer and member of the European Banking Committee (EBC) and the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) at the European Commission. During the same period he was an observer and member of the Banking Supervision Committee (BSC) at the European Central Bank.
Mr. Andronov has been involved  in the elaboration  of the currently effective legislation framework on bank supervision in Bulgaria, incl. the Credit Institutions’ Act, the Supplementary Supervision of Financial Conglomerates Act, the BNB’s supervisory ordinances, instructions etc.
Peter Andronov has a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia (UNWE). Since 1995 he has lectured on Introduction to Finance and Banking Regulation at the UNWE, at the Higher School of Insurance and Finance and at the New Bulgarian University /International Banking Institute.
He is fluent in  English, German and Russian.

Levon Hampartzoumian

CEO and Chairman of the MB of UniCredit Bulbank

Levon Hampartzoumian is the CEO and Chairman of the MB of UniCredit Bulbank since 2001. He is member of the Managing Board of BORICA. From April 2005 to April 2008 and April 2011 - April 2015 he is Chairman of the Management Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria. Levon Hampartzoumian is a non-executive member of the Board of the Institute for Market Economy. from 2008 to 2012 he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sofia University. Levon Hamparztoumian is awarded with the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity (Ordine della Stella della Solidarietà Italiana) and is honoured with the title Commendatore of the Order at the beginning of May 2008 with a Decree of the President of the Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano.

In 2006 Mr. Hampartzoumian is awarded for management by Manager Magazine.
ПИн 2015 the CEO of UniCredit Bulbank was awarded with Grand Silver Merit Badge of the Republic of Austria.
Levon Hampartzoumian has a degree in Chemical Engineering and professional experience working for PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Earnst&Young.
During 1999-2001 he was consecutively Deputy Minister of Economy and Executive Director of Sofia’s Privatization Agency. 

Petia Dimitrova

Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Management Board of Postbank, Member of the Management Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria

Mrs. Petia Dimitrova is Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Management Board of Postbank (under the legal name Eurobank Bulgaria AD). She joined the team of Postbank in 2003 as Country CFO for the eight affiliated companies of Eurobank EFG Group in Bulgaria. In 2005 was appointed Procurator of the Bank. In 2007 she was appointed Executive Director and Member of the MB of DZI Bank. After the legal merger of DZI Bank and Postbank she became Executive Director and Member of MD of the unified bank. In 2012, Mrs. Dimitrova became Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Management Board of Postbank. Under her leadership, in 2016 Postbank acquired and integrated for a record time the operations of Alpha Bank - Bulgaria Branch, which has been yet another step in consolidating its position as a systemic for the market bank and in expanding its customer base.
Mrs. Dimitrova began her career in 1996 at the Consular Department of the US Embassy. Then, in 1998-2003, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Manager and Senior Auditor.
She is a chartered accountant, qualified ACCA member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in London, UK. Mrs. Dimitrova has an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of Sheffield, UK and holds two Master Degrees in Finance and Banking and Tourism from the University of National and World Economy and Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. In addition, she is a graduate of ALBA Leadership Development Program, Harvard; holds a Certificate of Merit from Georgetown University Leadership Seminar, Washington D.C. and graduated Management and Social Development of NGOs at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and University of Macedonia, Greece. Mrs. Dimitrova has acquired her professional qualifications in UK, Greece, Holland, Belgium, USA and Bulgaria, and has participated in various prestigious international trainings, seminars and conferences.
Mrs. Dimitrova is a Member of the Management Boards of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria, the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIBG), "Atanas Bourov" Foundation, "Borica" AD, Endeavor Bulgaria Association, the International Banking Institute, the University Council of the American University in Bulgaria, as well as  Member of the Industrial Advisory Board - CITY College, International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. She also is a Member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Member of the Young Global Leaders Forum, part of the World Economic Forum, Member of the Gerson Lehrman Group Accounting Council London, UK, Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute, UK and Cofounder of the Public Council of Women in Business.
Mrs. Dimitrova has received many awards, including the prestigious award "Mrs. Economy" in "Mr. and Mrs. Economy" competition organized by CEIBG and Economy Magazine (2015); "Banker of the Year" from 22nd annual awards by Banker Weekly (2015); "Woman of the Year" in Business category by Grazia magazine(2014); two Silver Stevie Awards – "Female Executive of the Year in Europe, the Middle East and Africa" and "Female Executive of the Year – Consumer Services with up to 2,500 employees" (2013); "Banker of the Year 2012" by Banker weekly; "Mrs. Ikonomika 2012" for her contribution to the development of the banking sector; one of the Young Global Leaders honorees for 2012, distinguished by the Forum of Young Global Leaders part of the World Economic Forum; International Faculty Distinguished Alumni Award from The University of Sheffield (2011); Businesswoman of the Year (2010); the Grand prize in the Bulgarian annual contest for young managers "Next generation" (2009) by Capital weekly; and many others.
 

Dobromir Dobrev

Deputy Chairman of Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board and Head of the Corporate Banking department

Dobromir Dobrev has been member of Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board since February 2013. 
Mr. Dobromir Dobrev joined the Raiffeisen Group in 2003, and in 2005 was appointed Head of the Corporate Banking department – middle market. Since 2006 he has been CEO and Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD.
Dobromir Dobrev has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of "St. Kliment Ohridski" University of Sofia. Mr. Dobrev is fluent in English and German. He is married and has one child.

Ilko Stoyanov

Ilko Stoyanov is a local partner of Schoenherr in Sofia, where he specialises in Corporate, M&A and Competition Law.
Ilko has graduated in law from the Sofia University and has an LL.M. degree from the Columbia Law School.

Dr. Kiril Velichkov

Head of European projects and Financial institutions, CIBANK

Dr. Kiril Velichkov is the head of European Projects and Financial Institutions Department at CIBANK.
He is in charge of cooperation related to European projects within KBC Group, a member of the working group on EU funding to the Association of Banks in Bulgaria and has more than 15 years of experience in European projects; Velichkov has worked for the management units of the PHARE and Socrates programmes. At the moment, he is also a part-time lecturer at the New Bulgarian University and a lecturer at the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute.
He works as an independent expert for the European Commission too.

Martin Zaimov

Mr. Martin Mihaylov Zaimov served as a Member of Management Board of Societe Generale Expressbank. Mr. Zaimov served as Chairman of Supervisory Council at Joint Stock Company Bank Republic until November 11, 2016. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Societe Generale Expressbank AD.

Hristo Stoyanov

Business Development Manager, CEE European Investment Fund

Hristo Stoyanov manages the business development activities of the European Investment Fund in Bulgaria. He joined the EIF office in Sofia as mandate manager in 2011 responsible for the operations of a Bulgarian holding fund providing EU Structural Funds through SME-focused financial instruments including guarantees, start-up accelerators and venture capital. He is member of the Board of Directors of JEREMIE Bulgaria – investment company, acting as an umbrella fund with diversified portfolio of private equity funds and risk-sharing commitments to local credit institutions.
 

Christof De Mil

Executive Director Finance and Innovation Leader for KBC Group in Bulgaria

Christof De Mil started his career in KBC Group in 1995. After 10 years at various managerial positions in the RET/SME branch network of KBC Group, in 2006 he moved to the Czech Republic to head the RET/SME branch network of CSOB for a period of 5 years. Mr. De Mil’s career continued in the Management Board of CIBANK with responsibilities in the following domains: Retail banking, Branch Network and distribution channels and Payments. He has a degree in Economics from the Economic University of Ghent and also MBA from INSEAD. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French, Business German and basic Czech.

Alexander Grilikhes

Member of the Management Board of the Association of Collection Agencies in Bulgaria, Managing Director, Frontex International

Alexander Grilikhes has graduated with honors at the University of Manchester and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services sector in non-banking financial institutions.
In the beginning of 2014, he has taken over the management of FRONTEX International, successfully positioning the company among the leading investors in non-performing receivables portfolios on the local market, following the best international practices in the industry.
He regularly lectures on international forums in the collector’s industry and proofs wider interests in the fields of investment in financial instruments and of capital investment. He is a member of professional associations and NGOs focused on social activities.
In July 2017 he was elected ас аDeputy Chairman of the Association of Collector Agencies in Bulgaria (ACAB).
