Future of Work Summit: Creating change

The event

No doubt that there is no "return to normal" anymore. The continuing COVID-19 crisis intensified the profound transformation and further changed the notion of work: how and from where work gets done, how companies find, hire, pay and onboard employees, and even how success is measured.

A growing number of organisations respond to the tectonic shift redesigning their business models and working culture. One of the major seismic changes in how people view work and the meaning work brings to their lives has created the most significant talent crisis in recent history.

The Great Resignation will be the next critical factor determining the behavior of the employers. If they don't develop innovative approaches to attract and keep the best employees, they will experience difficulties with their growth plans.

Companies and leaders have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to rethink their workplaces, work models and workflows from the ground up and must update their talent strategy so they can stay competitive, futureproof and evolving.

The Future of Work Summit organized by Capital brings together visionaries, leaders and HR professionals. The forum aims to help decision-makers stay on top of the latest trends in the world of work, gain more knowledge and innovate. With over 15 years of history (previously known as HR and Leadership Forum), the event is recognized as one of the most efficient networking platforms for C-level executives and HR managers.
