Teodor Radonov

Teodor Radonov is Head of the EIB Group office in Bulgaria since March 2021. Structured finance specialist with over 8 years of previous experience working for the European Investment Fund (EIF), dealing with securitization and guarantee products, covering a wide range of jurisdictions inside and outside the EU. He has been involved in the structuring and implementation of a number of the EIF financial instruments in Bulgaria. He also worked in a variety of analytical roles in the financial field.
He is fluent in English, French and Spanish and holds a degree in finance from the University of Sophia Antipolis in France.

Diana Dimitrova-Kamenova is managing the Corporate Banking Directorate at UBB part of KBC Group; Member of Corporate banking community of KBC Group; Representative of UBB in the Fund for sustainable urban development. Under her management the Corporate Banking business line has achieved a remarkable and sustainable growth over the last 8- 10 years. She has more than 20 years’ experience in banking out of which 13 years in corporate banking. Diana graduated Inter Alpha Banking Program at INSEAD, France in 2019. Diana has also a Master Degree in two majors: International Economic Relations and Accounting and Control from University of World and National Economy, Sofia.
 

Radomir Milanov

Radomir Milanov, born in Dobrich, graduated in Macroeconomics from the University of National and World Economy. He further completed an MBA at Henley Business School, University of Reading, England. Radomir has worked for IBM for over 11 years and has held various international management roles. He became part of SAP’s local team since 2016 as Director of Sales,  and  he was responsible for SAP’s sales and business strategy in the banking, finance and insurance, energy, utilities and telecommunications sectors in Bulgaria, as well as for the development, management and expansion of the company's partner network in Bulgaria. Since May 2018, Radomir holds the position of Managing Director of SAP Bulgaria.

Deputy Mayor of Plovdiv for a second term since November 2011. During his second term he is responsible for education, business development and European projects. Actively participates in the development and establishment of the Thrace Economic Zone as a leading place for international investment. Since 2012 he has been working on the establishment of a business development department in the Municipality of Plovdiv, which works actively to attract and support investors in the region. For 7 years the department has been directly involved in the creation of over 5,000 new jobs and in attracting dozens of investments in Plovdiv and the region. With his team he develops a comprehensive concept for promoting the city as an investment destination and attracting strategic investors.
He actively participates in several innovative educational reforms, such as the creation of an Educational-Industrial Board, aimed at introducing business in vocational education and starting dual training, early career guidance and others.
He carried out a number of educational reforms such as the introduction of Montessori pedagogy in public kindergartens and schools, the introduction of cloud platforms in education through G suite and Windows 365 in schools, a program for innovative schools, programs for developing dual education in vocational schools and others.
At the end of 2016, he was awarded as one of the 100 innovators for Central and Eastern Europe in the prestigious ranking of Google, Visegrad Fund and Financial Times for his work on a number of reforms in public education.
