Director of "National Card and Payment Scheme", BORICA

Stoilka Arsova is Director of "National Card and Payment Scheme". Effective from January 1st 2018 the Directorate reports directly to the Board of Directors of BORICA AD. Mrs. Arsova has more than 15 years of experience in the banking sector in the sphere of electronic and card payments. Her career began at Roseximbank in 2001, then in the Card Center of DZI Bank, where she worked as a Head of "Card Business Development". After the merger with Postbank, Mrs. Arsova was Head of "Alternative Distribution Channels" and "Debit Cards" where among the important projects that she led were: the development of electronic payment channels, management of new business lines and reorganization of the activities of debit cards and ATMs after the merger of the two banks. In 2014 she joined the team of BORICA AD, where she headed the newly created "National Card Scheme" unit. The unit aims at developing rules and new business models, in order to support the implementation of Bulgarian payment card, having the Bcard logo on it with new services and transactions of national importance. Since the beginning of 2017, Mrs. Arsova represents the Scheme at the European Card Payment Association (ECPA), where 11 national European schemes and 3 associations are members.

Zdravko Nikolov

Executive Director of Equinix in Bulgaria

Zdravko Nikolov has been the Executive Director of Equinix in Bulgaria since January 2016. He has over 15 years of experience in management positions in the fields of sales, business development, engineering and entrepreneurship. Previously, Mr. Nikolov was CEO of TelecityGroup in Bulgaria, and previously - CEO and co-founder of 3DC, the company acquired by TelecityGroup in 2013. Together with his classmates - Vladislav Yankov and Stefan Stefanov, Zdravko created 3DC, an independent collocation data computing center in Sofia. Prior to 3DC, he was part of the Cisco team for 8 years and held engineering positions in the company, as well as those in its business development. Zdravko has a master's degree in software technology from the Technical University - Sofia.

Diana Valkova

Diana Valkova is a lawyer with significant professional experience, a member of both the Sofia Bar Association and the Court of Appeal of the State of New York in the United States. She is a partner in the law firm Dinova Rusev & Partners, leading his practice for legal services in the field of financial law. Diana is also a graduate of the Fulbright Commission, a former participant in the prestigious international cultural exchange program, with significant international experience and practice, has experience in leading complex cross-border projects involving teams of lawyers in different countries and quickly finds business solutions. Diana has experience in mergers and acquisitions and in drafting complex contracts and negotiating in a multicultural environment. She works on financial transactions and advises companies, mainly in the financial sector, on corporate governance and company structuring, as well as compliance with the provisions applicable to financial services and securities. Diana represents well-known international companies and their local subsidiaries and has led the legal teams at Dinova Rusev & Partners Law Firm in some of the main transactions on the Bulgarian market. Diana speaks English, French, Russian and Spanish.

Goran Angelov

Goran Angelov is the founder and manager of IBS Bulgaria (IBS), one of the leading IT companies in the country with a focus on the financial industry, analytics solutions and system integration. IBS is currently implementing key projects in leading banks related to digital transformation, PSD2 regulation, infrastructure modernization and information asset management. Goran Angelov has an engineering degree in production automation. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of information and communication technologies and participation in a number of successfully implemented large-scale IT projects for business and the public sector.

Radoy Stoyanov

Business Development Manager Digital Solutions, BULPROS

Radoy spent more than 10 years in banking as a C-level executive in charge of IT, Operations, Marketing and Innovations, and another 10 years as a software engineer and consultant. He is currently part of and advising FinTech and InsurTech companies, as well as supporting banks in their digital transformation projects. Radoy specialises in building digital business models and open partner ecosystems in financial services, as well as in creating personalised customer experiences with the help of artificial intelligence.

Yuriy Genov

Yuriy Genov is Executive Officer at DSK Bank. He is part of DSK Bank’s team since 1999 – first, as head of "Long-term planning and general bank projects" department, and since 2004 as Head of Directorate "Development and Implementation of IT Systems". Prior to joining DSK Bank he worked for Biochim commercial bank – first, as expert, and later as head of Payment systems department. Member of the CIO Club Bulgaria and Chairman of the Board of CIO Club. He was awarded the prestigious prize of the CIO Club Bulgaria "CIO of the Year" for 2009.

His experience includes leading number of complex enterprise-wide global business transformation engagements and large scale international digital solutions initiatives. 
As of 2019 he is Chief Digital Officer of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) with the primary task to drive the Digital Transformation initiatives across the whole organization, following its mission to transform continuous innovation into superior customer experience.
